Here is mine!

It is not even 11:00 yet and Chris is in the shapping phase on my seat, as I type. Here is my actual seat being finish shapped with the grinding device. You can see the dark foam splices that have been added to the molded seat pan to give it the width and size that is needed. Pretty amazing process. The next step will be for me to take it out for a test ride before the sewing and covering process begins. Russell also does boat canvass, so they have familiar machines that I am used to working with, but Heather tells me that they are doing less and less of that work as the seats are so popular and keep them so busy. No Wonder!
